Real cast concrete reinforced with fiber mesh - not a composite, not a veneer. It is built on the same principle as ancient Roman concrete, where volcanic ash gave the material its strength and longevity. Genuine concrete, with the weight and presence to match, engineered to install like a large-format tile.
Each Ribbed Chiselled panel measures 2 ft x 4 ft (610 x 1220 mm) at 3/8 in (10 mm) thick. Custom sizing for non-standard walls is available on request, confirmed against your technical drawings with no additional design fee.
Yes. The panel carries a Class A fire rating, up to 2 hours - suitable for use near fireplaces, in kitchens, and in commercial interiors. Fire-rating documentation is provided with every order.
Like a large-format tile. The panel mounts to most prepared substrates without specialist tools, and a full installation guide is provided as a downloadable PDF. The deep rib pattern is directional, so panels are aligned vertically for a continuous run across the wall.
